Has anyone else had an issue where the funds to be received as part of the costs go missing and only turn up nearly a week later and be told that it was rejected by our Bank? A bit strange when the funds go into a Trust Account and that Account Number is part of the verification process from the outset of joining PEXA. The dropdown destination list asks which account you want the funds to go to. No other explanation given and to try and get onto the helpline to find out what went wrong, you have to wait too long.

I've done some sleuthing @Enbomb but have only found out exactly what you already know.
From our end we can see that the bank rejected funds despite the account details being correct and they haven't provided any further information to this.
