I have a settlement due tomorrow and we act for the purchaser. It is a cash purchase and also there is no current mortgagee on title.
The vendor has submitted the cord consent in the Pexa work space for the matter.
What happens with the original certificate of title? My husband who is also a property lawyer says that the vendor will send it to us post settlement. Is that correct?
