Our Vendor has just withdrawn from the PEXA workspace and our source funds are in the workspace how do we retrieve them?

SolutionHi Janet,
Good question - process is that you send an email to the PEXA Support Centre (support@pexa.com.au) with the PEXA workspace and amount(s) transferred.
We will then send you the relevant form with instructions to get those funds back.
NB: Funds can only be returned to the account they came from, so deposit evidence may be required.
Once you send your email through, we will assist you to get this one resolved efficiently.
