I have been poring over a number of settlements recently for purchasers and would like to know why when there is only a discharge (the vendors) and a transfer to be registered there are three registration fees of $141.20 each???   I must be missing something but would appreciate some help.

Hi @Avalon 

if there is only a Discharge of Mortgage and Transfer being registered the NSW LRS fee should be $283.20 (NSW transaction).
