stamp duty has been paid yet it shows in PEXA as 'unpaid' and hence has been automatically allocated as a Purchaser Destination Line Item.
how do we delete this?
is there a delay in communication with Revenue NSW and PEXA.

If your client has paid the stamp duty you will need to get in touch with Revenue NSW to confirm that they have received this payment and request them to update their system to reflect this.
Once they have done this, you then go in and verify your stamp duty again and you will see that it comes up as being paid and the destination item for stamp duty will be removed.

We are having a similar problem and put a call into Revenue NSW to request they update their system. Their system shows it is paid but is not carrying though to PEXA. The representative indicated she had several similar calls. Can PEXA investigate the problem?

Once Revenue NSW has confirmed payment status is "paid", you will need to verify the duty on PEXA to reflect the payment status of Revenue NSW.
