Last night we hosted a dinner for some of our regular transactors in WA, the idea of these gatherings is to thank those that are leading the industry through this digital transformation. We also encourage our customers to chat to each other about their PEXA experience and to let us know what else we can do to support them during this period of change.
It was fabulous to hear everyone sharing their tips and tricks and offering a helping hand to one another, the community approach is really heartening to see. Everyone was so complimentary about the assistance and support their PEXA Direct Specialist has provided. The key items of feedback I took away from the evening: 1. Customers are encouraging their peers to get ahead of the curve and utilise the free PEXA Direct service whilst it is available 2. Number# piece of advice "using PEXA is not difficult, get your first transfer out the way and you will overcome the fear of the unknown" 3. A few people would like a flowchart visual of the transfer guidelines, we will work on this 4. Everyone wants more people to accept their invitation to transact Thanks to everyone who attended our dinner and we look forward to seeing some new faces at our next dinner in a few months’ time.
