Available through PEXA Plus, Marketplace provides members with choice and price comparisons across a range of services and providers. To help introduce you to this exciting new product, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions below.

What is Marketplace?

Marketplace sits within PEXA Plus and provides members with a set of products and services that are used to perform a conveyance such as property information searches. Marketplace will provide open access, price transparency and comparison across services and products required for property transactions.

Who can access Marketplace?

Marketplace is currently available to all NSW members. It will roll out to VIC, WA, SA and Queensland in 2019. Stay tuned for more information!

How can members access Marketplace?

NSW members can access Marketplace from PEXA Plus. Login to PEXA Plus using your PEXA login details – we recommend using Google Chrome.

What does PEXA Plus Marketplace offer today?

Today, we offer property searches from Equifax and CITEC Confirm. We plan to expand this to other tools soon.

How do I order a property search from Marketplace?

Yes, the PEXA Plus team is working hard to bring other information search providers within PEXA Plus Marketplace and they will be announced soon.

PEXA is committed to provide best e-Conveyancing experience for our members and we are constantly looking at how to offer more value. .
