Is there any way for a Buyer's Solicitor to view Part B of the Form 24 which has been entered by the Seller's Solicitor? Certain details from Part B of the Form 24 are required for transfer duty purposes.

Form 24B is not currently visible to the purchaser.
However, if certain details are needed for transfer duty assessment, it would be a great idea to consider making available for purchasers "View Only" access.
Thanks for the suggestion!
We'd be keen to hear other member's thoughts on this.... so if you like the idea of giving purchasers "View Only" access to Form 24B, please comment and "Like" the post!

Agreed this is a great suggestion for purchaser's side to be able to view the information on the Form 24 Part B. In fact each Form 24 Part A & B could be able to be viewed (not edited) by the other party. It is information that is available to each side on a paper transaction so no need to be kept private on an electronic transaction.

This is definitely an issue at the moment and would be really beneficial to be able to view and print the Part B as at the moment we are having to complete the document in a separate program.
