Our client is purchasing a property and the mortgage will be registered over the new property AND another property already owned by the our client. How do I consent to the mortgagee registering its mortgage over the property already owned if no consent document is created?

From 11 October the CoRD Holder Consent framework has been abolished meaning that CoRD consents will no longer be able to be created in the workspace for any reason.
