The Workspace Fee Schedule screen displays a list of fees incurred for the selected Workspace.
PEXA Service Fees are fees charged for the use of the PEXA application in processing your electronic property exchange.
Lodgement Fees are charged by Land Registries when documents are lodged. These fees will be provided by the Land Registries when Lodgement Verification is performed.
Lodgement Verification is the process whereby the Land Registry reviews the documents in the Lodgement case to ensure that all mandatory data has been entered into each document in the Lodgement Case.
Lodgement verification occurs at two points in the Workspace:
Fees are incurred when the Workspace moves to Lodged status or when settlement is involved, Settling & Lodged status.
The Payment accounts for your fees are setup when you first register with PEXA and maintained by your Subscriber Administrator.

We are acting for a married couple who are changing the manner of holding on their Title from Joint proprietors to Tenants in Common. There is a mortgage and i am waiting for them to accept the workspace so i can finalise the lodgement instructions. I am wanting to know what fees will be charged by PEXA and if there will be any lodgement fees??
In SA - we have discounted Transfer fees until 30 April - I have triggered Lodgement Verification - but the fees do not re-populate at the discounted rate? Is the discounted rate just for workplaces created after 18/11 ? If so - we are going to have a flood of people withdrawing and re-creating workplaces - also - it is confusing when you have over 60 active workplaces - consistency in charging is important - especially when the PEXA fee populates later.
Hi, if i have a husband and wife transferring full ownership to the husband is this classed as a 'transfer of interest' with regards to the PEXA fee? thanks
