Add you or your Panel Lawyer’s details to the PEXA Qualifier Tool to identify you for incoming and outgoing refinance transactions. Contact our Support Centre on email@example.com or 1300 084 515 to update these details.
Review/confirm your existing funding arrangements with your Panel Lawyer (s) to ensure they’re suitable for electronic settlement.
If a Panel Lawyer is representing you as Incoming Mortgagee in PEXA, you will need to establish a process outside of PEXA to fund the Solicitor’s Trust Account for each transaction.
If you are representing yourself in PEXA, you’ll need access to an Exchange Settlement Account (ESA). Contact our Support Centre for more information on available aggregators and settlement account solutions.

Mortgage reference data uploaded
If you’re a PEXA Subscriber (via NTPM or PA), mortgage reference data is mandatory to create a mortgage in PEXA and must be preloaded before you transact. Please contact the PEXA Support centre via email@example.com or 1300 084 515 for further guidance.
