As an Incoming Mortagagee, the DA is generally sent at
- During Assessment phase- prior to Customer Loan Doc Prep
As the Outgoing Mortagagee, the trigger for discharge process is
- Receipt of the DA via email noted in email address section AND PEXA Invitation for related property
SLA for processing DA
- Minimum 10 working days from receipt of DA and PEXA Invitation for related property (require both for processing and cannot complete one without the other)
- Complex Variations may require longer
Other information/Requirements
- 1. Refer to the customers Loan Statement as Westpac may appear as Mortgagee on Title, and be a St George/Bank of SA/Bank Of Melbourne originated debt
- 2. DAs uploaded into Doc Hub do not currently trigger our assessment process. We rely upon the form being received, indexed & sent to our Discharge Team for assessment.
- 3. This email address links directly into our business system where the forms are indexed & directed to our Discharge Team for assessment. This is not an email address that is manned or responded to.
- 4. Private Bank and Business Customers should refer directly to their Business Relationship Manager
- 5. Whilst we have FMS acting for Incoming Mortgagee, Discharges are completed in house and FMS do not have visibility of these requests
