Form 24 Part A and Form 24 Part B are documents that support the lodgement of a Transfer of Land in the jurisdiction of QLD.
The Form 24 is used to inform the Land Registry (LR) of details of the purchase of land, and is then sent by the Land Registry to the State Revenue Office (SRO) to update its records and levy any land tax due.
Both Form 24 Part A and Form 24 Part B are created automatically in the workspace following the creation of the Transfer document. Information is prepopulated with data from the Transfer document.
The participant in the role of Incoming Proprietor (representing the purchaser) completes the Form 24 Part A.

Add any Inclusions.
Add the Current Land Use.

Complete the Safety and Smoke Alarm details.

Complete the Transaction Information.
QLD Form 24 A and Form 24 B: Viewing and Printing
Once the Form 24 is saved and complete, you can View using the Action cog drop down alongside the document in the Documents screen.
The View option displays the rendered version.
Use your browser print option to print a paper version of the document for your records or to distribute to the relevant parties.
