There may be times when you need adjust your user profile details, such as:
- Updating your name
- Updating your contact details.
- Updating your default jurisdiction.
- Viewing your user access rights.
If you need your access rights amended, your Administrator/Subscriber Manager will need to make this change.
- Updating your security questions.
- Updating your password.
Edit your user profile
Users can edit some of their own details.
- On the top-right corner, click on your User Name and select Profile Settings.

- On the Profile Settings screen, click Edit to update the details within that panel.
TIP: If you are a signer, make sure your name matches EXACTLY as your practising certificate/conveyancing licence.
