We've prepared this step-by-step guide to show you how simple it is to order property searches with Marketplace.
Marketplace is currently available to members who are activated to transact in NSW. We are looking to gradually roll out Marketplace nationally over the next 6 months.
How to order property searches with Marketplace
Get started by logging in to plus.pexa.com.au
1. Click Marketplace on the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click NEW SEARCH button.
3. Start entering the property address in the address field.
4. Enter your Matter reference in the Matter reference field.
5. Click SEE PRODUCTS.
6. Expand the drop down menus and select the searches and/or certificates you’d like to order.
7. Compare prices across providers.
8. Make your selection by clicking ADD TO CART.
9. View your order details and click GO TO CHECKOUT.
10. Confirm details and place your order. Your order will be emailed to you once available. You’ll also find a copy under Your Orders in the left-hand navigation bar.
