Complete and verify Financial Account details before transacting. Note: It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to ensure Financial Account details are maintained.In order to sign documents in PEXA, Subscribers must have at least one Fee Paying Account setup in their Subscriber profile.
There are three types of accounts that can be set up for transactions in PEXA. These are:
Fee Paying Accounts
Source Accounts (Trust Account or PEXA Source Account)
A new user is created in PEXA by either a Subscriber Manager or a Subscriber Administrator. All new PEXA members receive an automated welcome email with their PEXA login details and a link to PEXA once they have been created. Please follow this article for Creating a New User.
When you are transacting, you can confirm you have signing rights set up correctly. To do this, open the Documents screen, click the Action cog next to any documents and select Sign.
The Sign Documents screen checks your Digital Certificate. You will be prompted with a warning message if anything is not setup correctly.
