If you no longer intend for a person to be a Signer, or a person who had a digital certificate left your organisation, you must revoke/terminate the digital certificate.

To do this:

  • Please contact PEXA Support on support@pexa.com.au and they will assist you. For further information please refer to the Digital Certificate Compliance article.
  • Once you have terminated a digital certificate, you will need to destroy it.
    1. Open the USB Shell to a 90 degree angle and push the small white lever on the reverse side to release the chip.

    2. Remove the chip from the USB shell.

    3. Cut the chip into multiple pieces.
