Now that we are unable to contact PEXA for assistance with banks in a workspace, we need to be given direct contact numbers (preferably the contact numbers you had) for chasing banks. Calling the booking line is not working at all.

Agreed totally. Have wasted an hour trying to get through to St George this morning who have only 1/2 hour out from settlement uploaded surplus funds account. Not good enough. if PEXA is going to dump us back to dealing with the Banks directly, they must provide URGENTLY a list of relevant contact numbers for all subscribing financial institutions.

If you need to contact Westpac regarding an already booked PEXA settlement you can call our normal Settlement Booking Hotline.
Listen to the menu options. There is an option specifically for PEXA (eSettlement) matters. Selecting that option should direct you to an eSettlement specialist who should be able to assist.

Thats great to know. Does anyone know if any of the other banks have a similar system?
