This is a pain, if the Title reference in PEXA can pre populate the address for the Practitioner to check,
it is a hassle to go through and input this info for the Street address.

Hi @GB1,
Depending on your jurisdiction, land title details, including the address details, should be returned from your land registry, once you create the workspace, and is visible on the Land Titles screen. In Victoria, on the create workspace screen, PEXA validates whether a title can be processed electronically, but won't populate the address until the workspace is created.
In QLD for instance, property description is returned, but address details may not be returned as part of the registry information supply.
In other states, including VIC and NSW, the vast majority of titles should return street address details.
Is this different to what you are experiencing in the PEXA System?

Hi Brett - appreciate the reply -
I typed in two title references recently (one today), but no street addresses popped up in the nsw system, i had to type them in.

Interesting @GB1. Would the titles you are adding be newly created titles by any chance? For instance, newly sub-divided? This maybe the reason, as the address may not have been recorded against the title.

no, the title references are more than 3 years old, Great if you could follow up or if i could assist with NSW LPI.

I suppose eventually - your legal practice management system when it intergrates with PEXA would transfer these street details over to the PEXA platform along with the Title references.

I'll followup and check with our Support team and investigate the reason.
And yes, an integration would help to seamlessly migrate details between various practice management software solutions.
