Change of Settlement Date/Time - Improved Subject heading
My suggestion is to improve the Subject for a Change of settlement date.
Currently all FI's are moving out the settlement dates for those not ready, docs not received etc, and it is flooding the number of outstanding Conversations.
When we filter the Subject heading, it brings up ALL of the settlements moved.
It would be good if there was an "tick" option in the Change of Settlement date, that would indicate that it was:
1. Urgent - date moved forward
2. Date moved out
3. File not ready 5 working day review - pushed out.
It will be easier to try to clean up and note the pushed out files, and allocate and attend to the urgent files moved forward that we may need to flag to the Assessing/Processing teams for them to adjust their workflow to meet the earlier settlement date.
