Dashboard enhancement

Hello PEXA,

Our frontline staff have suggested an enhancement to the "Your Dashboard Workspaces with unread conversations" screen.

The enhancement is for a user to be able to reply to the conversation in that screen rather than opening the Workspace, opening the conversation and replying there.

Could this be added to a list of enhancements to PEXA?

Great idea.

And yes, we will add this to our list of enhancements to PEXA. This would definitely help subscribers quickly respond to conversations, something we are very keen to encourage.
