From Release 8.0 (21st May), PEXA will provide in-platform guidance to assist you in resolving select document errors. This will reduce delays and help you progress your transaction to the next stage.
If you keep coming across a Lodgement Verification error that you find confusing or don’t know how to rectify, let us know by replying to this post! We will look to add guidance for the error to our platform so the next time it's encountered, you and others will know what to do.

Some Victorian workspaces are displaying this message this morning, and we are working through this issue.
In the meantime, if you un-sign and re-sign your documents, the message should disappear. There is some information here on how to do this.
When there is a known issue with a specific state's settlements - could a notification be issued in the Announcements Page with updates, nice and early to reduce the influx of phones calls to the Helpdesk?

Email communications have been issued to all of PEXA's Victorian members.
We are working closely with Land Use Victoria to identify the issue, and will provide an update shortly.
