Hi,
It would be great if there could be "push notifications" within PEXA to notify people within your own organisation to attend to certain tasks. This would make for more efficient transactions from a firm point of view.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for joining community and submitting your suggestions. I will champion your internal push notifications (workflow) suggestion here at PEXA.
I encourage your peers here in community to let PEXA know if this is important to you too. You can do this by liking or adding a comment. This will help PEXA prioritise and understand what is most important to our members.
Here is what will happen next:
Thanks again for putting your idea forward. We appreciate that you've taken the time to reach out.

I'd like to see when another party has completed a task, and a notification comes through so I know to move on to the next step.
Thanks,
Robyn

Hello @Robyn,
Thank you for your feedback.
We do have functionality in PEXA to inform you when certain tasks are completed by other participants in a workspace. These include various notifications, like:
We also have details on the Workspace Summary that should give you visibility to the overall status of your documents, financial settlement and whether documents have been signed by the relevant participants.
But yes, I do agree, some improvements can be made around informing our users when to proceed with the next step in the transaction, and when to wait for another subscriber to complete their tasks. This is a broader piece of work we are investigating, and your feedback is very helpful.
Please let me know if you have any further suggestions around this, or any other areas of PEXA, as we very much appreciate your ideas.
Thanks again,
Brett
