Hello,
Once an invitation sent by us has been actioned, the notes sent with it do not display anywhere and at times it is useful to be able to refer back to see what was sent with the invite. Could this data be recorded and displayed within the workspace somewhere? Perhaps in with the conversations if not an item of it's own?
Thanks,
Tash

Hi Tash @settlements,
Yes, definitely, that's a great recommendation.
We've currently got an item around improving invitations in our list of items. We've had feedback to include more information around the Invitation in the History screen and also on the Participants screen. This will help and we can look at including the notes sent in the invitation. I do like your reference to maybe including the notes in the Conversation screen and we'll look into this option a bit further. Thanks for your feedback and feel free to send through any further thoughts.
Thanks
Brett

Hi @DMc
I'll look into this for you.
The count should not display a number if there are no outstanding or declined invitations.
Thanks

Hello @DMc
Just checking in again. Is this still happening on any of your views?
I can't seem to replicate it on any of our lab or training environments.
Thanks
Brett

Hi Damien
In my experience, any workspace that you have withdrawn/adbandoned from where there may have been a pending or declined invite, will remain on your main dashboard menu, as per your picture above. It may also indicate that the workspace is still live (with a participant still active in the workspace). I suggest to my clients to send a conversation to all other participants in the workspace asking them to withdraw from the workspace citing the reason why, and where possible, that same client be the last to withdraw from the workspace. If all other participants have withdrawn and you are the last to withdraw, the workspace will move from your active tab to the abandoned tab on your main dashboard.
Hope that helps

Any tips to fix it, since ATM I can't force another party to abandon W/Space, nor reply to an invite, nor revoke an invite ?

Hey @DMc, I'm going to raise this with our Support team as it sounds like a bug. You should hear from them shortly.

Have a new Question...
Where can I find invites that I have declined?
Had one that was sent to me in error, and was forwarded to another subscriber.
But if I later receive instructions, Or need to look-up details again, maybe to remind myself who is supposed to be acting?
These rejected invites don't seem to be saved in 'Outstanding or Declined invitations'...
