Hello
I have been completing several Train the Trainer sessions across Australia lately, and am getting consistent feedback, that the ability to Link Lodgements in the role of Incoming Proprietor or Proprietor on Title would be beneficial in a number of scenarios:
- Developers purchasing several lots and require all to go through, or none to go through
- interdependent contracts - this is a relatively regular occurrence.
@cgenockey from Thomson Geer and @yvettegraetz from Minter Ellison (along with other practitioners) have expressed that this would be extremely beneficial in their practice and for many other practitioners.
Would be great if this could be explored further.
Many thanks

I agree Jemma,
I have a client who wants their client's three settlements to occur at the same time but if one fails, does not want the others to settle. They are not obtaining finance so no IM.
It's clear that we do require this facility in the role of IP or POT as this is coming up quite often.
Thanks.

Is there a solution to interdependant contracts yet?
