View options for solicitors documents/ lodgement instructions.
Currently the bank do not have access to view solicitors documents in pexa, so when solicitors send us an invite to consent to a transmission or survivorship applications we cannot view the documents in pexa and we have to request for a digital copy or screenshot of the application they prepared in pexa. Some solicitors are not very happy when we asked for this documents( as they have already loaded it on pexa and we have to explain that we don't have view options) . It is a bank requirements to see the copy of the application before we can consent to this request.
Improvement: Banks and OFI will have view options to this documents, this will avoid us going back to solicitors requesting for the document which is already in pexa, improve customer experience and saves time.
Thank you

I find that very unusual that you are able to view transfer documents and any other documents, but not transmission documents in the PEXA workspace.
I wondered by our bank requested a copy of this document????

Conveyancers/Solicitors who prepared and create the documents can only view the documents regardless if its a transfer or transmission application, hence we asked them to email the digital copy or screenshot attached in pexa under files ( must be shared ) or email it to us.

We've had a couple of occasions as Incoming Mortgagee where the Priority Notice lodged in PEXA (which you would think is fairly foolproof) has been incorrect and held up registration of the documents. We would also like to "view" Priority Notices prepared by the Incoming Proprietor, along with Transmission Applications.
In fact the lodging party should be able to view all documents, as they would in the paper world.
