Hi,
I understand we all have logins for privacy reasons, but I don't need to see other secretaries workspaces when I login under my name.
It would be great if we could only see the workspaces that are our matters.
For instance, the workspace reference - I am using my initials and file number and I know I can filter these, but once I refresh, the filter goes away.
Can it be permanently set so all I see when I log in as me, is my matters?
Thanks

SolutionHey @Karla,
@AaronG might be able to step you through that process but I have some more good news....
@Beck's team are working on ensuring those filters are retained, even if you've logged out of PEXA. I think they're aiming to get this into the next release of PEXA, 8.1, there's still work to do though so it might end up in the following release.

Hi @Karla
You are able to set up Workgroups which will fix your issue. Head to the 'PEXA Certified' page, then go to 'System Setup' where you will find information on Workgroups and how to set them up.
You could create a 'Karla' workgroup and give yourself (and anyone who needs to sign) access to it and add all of your workspaces to this workgroup. Additional workgroups can also be added for other people/departments where they can add their workspaces into. This way only the people who have access to a particular workgroup will see workspaces in that workgroup.
I hope this helps.

Thank you I didn't know that.
I have done it for one matter. How do I now open the "workgroup" which should show all my matters in that workgroup?
I can still see everyones on my dashboard..
Thank you!

Hi @Karla,
Firstly let me say that every user must be assigned to the Primary Default Workgroup. Then when you set up additional Workgroups you can add users into those workgroups who you want to access workspaces that you add to those workgroups.
Once you have set up your new workgroups you can click on the action cog for the Primary Default Workgroup to 'Manage Workspaces' and then 'move' all of the workspaces that you want allocated to each new workgroup. All workspaces in the Primary Default Workgroup must be allocated to new workgroups otherwise, as you are a user of that group, you will still see other users workspaces.
Let me know how you go.

Hi All,
Yes that is correct, my team is working on ensuring the filters on the dashboard and the unread conversations can retain when you go between screens and when you log in and out. Unfortunately, this is still in progress and unable to deliver it as part of R8.1.0, however we working as hard as we can to deliver it as soon as possible.
Thanks!!
