Order on the Agent

Really the Vendor and Purchaser should be able to insert the agents email address and Mobile number into PEXA, after Settlement PEXA notifies via SMS or Email the Agent involved with the Sale and releases keys.

At the moment i believe it is only the Vendor can do this. suggestion for PEXA to consider.

At present the PEXA system allows the Vendor's representative (Proprietor on Title role) to add an agent email address. Incoming Proprietor representatives aren't yet permitted to do so. It isn't tied to who the creator of the workspace was. If this wasn't the case in your transaction, could you send us the workspace ID so we can look into the issue?

We are investigating the option of giving Incoming Proprietor representatives the ability to enter an agent email address.

We have been fleshing out all the ideas relating to the order on the agent functionality. (Purchaser's rep entry, SMS functionality, custom wording/instructions, moving the function to another screen etc.). There are quite a lot of enhancements on our list ahead of this item, such as 'Notifications Preferences' (ability to turn some email notifications off). But as order on the agent is getting a lot of support on Community, I’ll see what we can do about bumping up its priority. Will keep you posted.

We too would love to see the ability to upload a PDF of the Order on the Agent (letter) which is then automatically emailed to the agent after settlement has been completed on PEXA.

The ability for either party to enter the agent's email details would be great also.  As would the ability to enter multiple email addresses (ie. agent and admin staff) as it is usually the admin staff at the agent's office that is waiting for this Order to come through before they can release the keys to the purchaser.

I note some have raised SMS notifications to agents also which would be great (especially as they are often out of the office and are on the road).
