Working in a broker's office can be frustrating once a file is being prepared for settlement. If we were able to access a read-only version of PEXA we would no longer need to be contacting the lender/conveyancer/solicitor to confirm if settlement is ready or completed. I know a lot of brokers would be keen to have this kind of access!
Is this something that would be possible to implement?
