I would like to suggest PEXA designs/ develops a 'Read Only' platform for front line users who need to manage customer expectations by only having the ability to view converstaions, settlement dates, etc. on the PEXA platforms. These are NOT operational staff hence they will not be creating documents, inputting source funds etc.

Thanks for the suggestion @Dalton1 - it is a great idea and would love to do something like this in the future.
It would be great if you could let us know besides viewing conversations and the settlement date what other information you would need to see to support your customers?
