I am absolutely stumped by the fact that when I look at a workspace it tells me "YOU HAVE NO OUTSTANDING TASKS" when in fact there is something further which needs to be done. I am also annoyed that after half an hour wait for help on the telephone that I am told yes this is what you need to do (in this case verify nomination) and that even though I am told I have no outstanding tasks, I should check the list on the left side of the window. I think the interface should be updated so that it can be relied on that there are no outstanding tasks. I believed that one of the object was to save time but in this instance I found it time consuming and time wasting

Thanks for your feedback. We're aware of issues surrounding tasks. But we'll definitely look into your specific incident.
Also, we're currently working on improving how PEXA guides you through a transaction. This will be rolled out over the coming releases.
