It would be a good idea if there was a warning which popped up when preparing a Section 14 Application which advises that if no provisional vol fol has issued, you will need to lodge the dealing as a paper dealing.
I have just incorrectly lodged one that now needs to be withdrawn and relodged and no doubt we will be charged twice (from PEXA and the Titles Office) for it.
