Really good feedback.
The Date picker in the PEXA system displays the day of the week when a date is selected.
@KathrynOswald, as you've mentioned, throughout the PEXA system, we simply reference the date and time in the dd/mm/yyyy format.
This format really doesn't distinctly draw out the day of the week, like the "Wednesday, August 03, 2016" format does. Displaying the day of the week would be a nice option, especially considering transfer transactions.
I think this could be a preference setting per user, depending on how you'd like to see the date and time, but I'll pass this feedback onto the Product team and they'll keep you updated on their investigations.
