I have completed 3 PEXA Settlements: i love it, but did find that when i signed a document a transfer, NOS, i would come back into the workspace the next day and find a message to sign the documents again.
I believe PEXA unsigned the Documents because the other party had not done there part just yet? i am assuming this was the reason.
Does PEXA still do this and i am on the right conclusion? maybe PEXA could adjust this procedure in the future if still an issue!

Hi @GB1
Documents will Unsign if data is changed after you've applied your signature. See below from the Participation Agreement:
"3. SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS
A Subscriber can only repudiate a Digital Signature to a document in the circumstances set out in the ECNL. If, however, any information in a mandatory field of a document in the Electronic Workspace is altered, amended or corrected after it has been Digitally Signed by a Subscriber and before the Electronic Workspace is Locked, the document will be treated within the PEXA System as Unsigned."
Generally speaking, if you wait until both parties have completed a Transfer before signing it, and wait to sign your Lodgement Instructions at the same time as the financial Settlement Schedule, you (hopefully) won't experience Unsigning.
Of course, because all Subscribers share the same data to create documents and the Settlement Schedule, there is the possibility of last minute changes which will result in Unsigning.

It's worth noting that "inadvertent" unsigning of documents, particularly the Lodgement Instructions, will occur if a party edits a document (rather than viewing it) and then saves it rather than cancelling if they've made no changes.
If you wish to review a document in Edit mode, and there are no changes to be made, please remember to cancel the edit rather than save it.
