Unread Conversation Count is not currently visible next to the Unread Conversations heading on the left:
You will now have to enter into the unread conversations by clicking on Unread Conversations (highlighted in green above) to check the count as pictured below:

Thanks for the instructions Tamara.
I've spoken with the PEXA Product team. The unread conversation counter has been removed from the Dashbaord as PEXA believe it's impacting performance (ie. speed to load the page), in particular for those with a larger number of unread conversations because those members deal with a larger volume of daily transactions. There is a possibility of placing the Unread Conversation Counter back on the Dashboard for only practitioners. The PEXA team is monitoring performance this week.
Thoughts and feedback from the community is welcome. You can view the Unread Conversations Counter by clicking through into the Conversations tab.

This is certainly popular! The Performance Team are currently testing a potential fix to ensure optimal performance (speed to load) is delivered to all members across the network.
We can assure members that this is a priority and that we can listening to their feedback to get this back as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we don't have a time frame we can commit to. However the potential fix is being tested. For now, you'll need to keep clicking into the unread conversations tab to find the number.
