We regularly send letters to the incoming proprietors representative chasing up outstanding requirements, often too involved for a conversation.
May we suggest the "Other correspondence" category would be a good idea across the board and for it to remain generic to cover sundry correspondence. Copies of Court Orders, dealing searches, evidence of property insurance and all manner of incidental correspondence could then be accommodated.

Although these conversation seems to be 'resolved' , as a suggestion for 'other' files, we recommend adding'Certificate of Title' as an option.
When acting for the Proprietor on Title (Cord Holder) we have often been asked to send a scanned copy of the original Certificate of Title to the other party for verification purposes. Uploading as a file and sharing to the parties in the workspace allows all parties to sight.

Great feedbacks, thank you all. We love to hear what your suggestions and on how we can improve our product, please keep them coming.
"Other" (@Jennifer_FLC's suggestion)
After further discussions internally, we are pleased to advise our members that we are intending to introduce “Other” as a file description to upload.
We would like to validate the user experience with this new addition. The proposed design will be made available to all workspace roles and jurisdictions. When “Other” is selected, there will be a facility for our members to type in, a short free-form description of the file that they are intending to upload. This short description will be visible to others and it will help other participants understand what file has been shared with them.
Please feel free to post your feedback on our design. We hope to work with our members to achieve optimal usability & experience when using Document Hub.
This work item has been added into the pipeline of the product. We will keep our members updated when it will be made available.
"Certificate of Title" (@SCS's suggestion)
Regarding this request, we do not recommend our members uploading a scanned copy of the Certificate on Title and using it as a form of verification. We strongly recommend our members to exercise due diligence and perform full title search for complete verification and assertion.
