I've had a matter where I was trying to upload some files to the Workspace, but getting an error message with one particular PDF file. The message was totally unhelpful - "400 Bad Request". Searching here didn't reveal anything.
Eventually I fixed it by renaming the file - apparently PEXA doesn't like punctuation marks. The file had an apostrophe and a comma; removing them allowed me to upload the file.
My suggestion is this: either fix this bug, or at the very least document it! I spent 10 minutes trying to work out why I couldn't upload a file.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience! Your feedback that the error message is unhelpful is totally valid. We are internally tracking this piece of feedback for resolution using our reference PDB-6050.
Your feedback around documenting this is also noted, and I will review our Help material to ensure that we confirm that 'special characters' like apostrophes and punctuation marks are called out as not allowed.
My apologies again for the frustration and thanks for the suggestions on how to improve.
