Verification of identity! - box to tick for each individual work space matter!

I think a box to tick by Practitoner to confirm identity requirements have been completed at the beginning of each individual work space matter has been completed. 

I do know about the participation rules for PEXA, but its like an arranged marriage you know about it, but not much about the detail!

This would alert the practitoner to the seriousness of the responsilibity to ensure VOI has been completed.

Agreed, at the beggining of each workspace would be a useful way to confirm the steps that must be completed.

We currently have, as part of signing, the certifications that talk to these points. See below:

We are working hard at improving the usability and assisting our subscribers through the steps of a transaction, and this feedback helps bring focus on some of the key areas.
