Hi all,
Is there any way of saving the conversations in PEXA back into a doc management system to be part of the file record? I understand PEXA keep the transaction records for some time, but it would be handy to have all communication in one place in the event of audit/file review/taxing/litigation etc.

SolutionThanks @SHusselmann and @Lyndal for your feedback on the Conversations tool. At this time we don’t have any plans to include a save to PDF functionality for conversations. However I'll share any other plans for future enhancements of the conversations tool as they appear.
Thanks, Emily

Hi @Lyndal,
Currently, you are correct, all conversations are saved in the completed workspace, within the PEXA System.
If you're using Google Chrome browser, you can print the conversation to PDF and save it to your doc management system. However, this solution can be streamlined. As you have described, it would be good to be able to simply save all conversations into one place for audit purposes.
We have some work planned to improve conversations in the coming year, 2017. Part of that work involves some conversation reporting enhancements. I'll definitely add your recommendation to our list to review.
Please let us know if you have any further feedback or comments.
Thanks,
Brett

Hi,
Is an update available re. improvements to the Conversation Tool? Is anything in the pipeline this year?
It would be very useful to be able to bulk print to PDF either by simply printing all conversations to one file or having a Ctrl + click option to select the threads you want to print.
Many Thanks
