Yes, I agree. The vast majority of our members, as you indicated, watch the Workspace Summary screen at the time of settlement. As the Workspace progresses through settlement, the status indicators at the top of the screen will progress.
We have added call-outs to help explain each status and what is happening.
Despite this, I agree, we can put in some improvements to help further inform everyone that the workspace has not locked up and is progressing. I do like your idea of the Workspace history. I'll forward to the Settlements team to review a bit further.
