Hi Team

I have a matter that requires Ministers Consent. The title is eligible for electronic settlement.  Am I able to settle via Pexa and load the consent document onto the workspace? Or can I settle via Pexa and forward consent document to the LSR after the fact?

Thanks

Hello Perrots,

You are able to lodge a Minister Consent with the NSW Transfer now in PEXA.

PEXA has added support for further attachment types, which may be attached and lodged with documents in NSW:

Transfer

  • one 'Minister’s Consent' attachment
  • one or more 'Caveator’s Consent' attachment
  • one or more 'Statutory Declaration – statement for notice of severance' attachment
  • one or more 'Native Title Registration Approval Certificate' attachment

Transfer of Interest

  • one 'Minister’s Consent' attachment
  • one or more 'Caveator’s Consent' attachment

National Mortgage

  • one 'Terms and Conditions' attachment (already supported)
  • one 'Minister’s Consent' attachment
  • one or more 'Caveator’s Consent' attachment

Caveat

  • one 'Claim Details' attachment

The response you have provided does not make any sense. When you go into documents you cannot pick the option transfer with minister's consent. Can you please explain how one attaches the minister's consent to the transfer?

Hello SarKlar,

Hope you are well.

Create the Document you require in the Documents tab - in your case a Transfer.

Click on Files tab and upload the Minister Consent and attach to the Transfer.

I have added below the Help center that can guide through the process & gives more in depth details.

Hi

I am currently in a workspace that has two titles and two mortgages to be registered on title but I am being charged double the usual pexa fee. My understanding was there was a reduced fee for multiple titles? Is this not the case?

Hi @SarKlar

Thank you for your question.

The PEXA Fee for multiple titles relates to multiple titles on the same registry instrument, for example two titles on the same mortgage. The multiple title fee does not apply in the case where you have two dealings/instruments to be registered on title.

Please see link to our Pricing Schedule here - https://www.pexa.com.au/pricing

Kind regards
