The NSW Office of the Registrar General (ORG), NSW Land and Registry Services (NSW LRS) and PEXA are currently providing a temporary solution to lodge presently out of scope paper documents through the PEXA Platform – the COVID-19 Residual Lodgement.
This process enables paper documents to be sent through to NSW LRS via a PEXA Workspace as a document in PDF format. The NSW LRS then treats the PDF version of the document as if it were being lodged in paper over the counter.
In line with PEXA Release 12.1.1, scheduled for go-live on Saturday 5 September 2020, 18 previously available documents within the COVID-19 Residual Lodgement process will be deactivated.
These will be replaced by 26 newly activated Residual Documents, which can be created and lodged directly via PEXA.
Please see below full lists.

Please note than any of the 18 documents scheduled to be deactivated within the COVID-19 Residual Lodgement process that are not lodged before Friday 4
September 2020 will not be accepted by the NSW LRS.
After this date, you will be required to delete any applicable instruments and recreate them as Residual Documents for lodgement via PEXA.
