After a restful break over the festive season, I have returned energised and ready to embrace all that will be in 2021. January proved to be an amazing month filled with many calendar appointments with our PEXA members, positively sharing how 2021 ‘has started in a way like no other’ – to quote Steve Rayward of Rayward Conveyancing who has opened many new conveyancing files and achieved record settlement transactions for his business, fuelling me with much energy and motivation for the NSW PEXA Partner Program in 2021.
I took a moment last week to reflect on my journey, starting as a PEXA Direct Specialist four years ago and how rewarding it’s been to have the amazing job of helping many NSW practitioners transition from paper to e-conveyancing via our PEXA platform. I am extremely proud to have worked with many NSW practitioners in achieving their e-conveyancing goals with much success. Currently in my role as NSW PEXA Partner, I continue to work with our practitioner members, ensuring that they continue to use the PEXA platform to its full potential and embrace the continuing innovation.
One thing I am extremely proud of is our members’ ‘gratitude’ for our ‘PEXA Key’ solution which offers a safe method of exchanging bank account details to protect homebuyers and sellers and our PEXA members alike – at a time where the industry has been a target for email phishing scams. Not only are our members grateful for the innovative technology, but they are grateful for how the PEXA Partner Program allows us to work with them ensuring they are empowered with the knowledge on how PEXA Key works.
We work closely with our practitioner members to ensure that they understand the PEXA Key functionality and how it functions with the Workspace and most importantly understanding what their client experiences when they are using the PEXA Key app. The PEXA Partner Program gives us the opportunity to have these important discussions with our practitioner members, helping them to successfully incorporate PEXA Key into their business process, ensuring they have the resources such as client brochures so that their clients can also be educated on how the PEXA Key app will work, which then ensures their client is more likely to use PEXA Key successfully. Members such as Ezy Step Conveyancing have also shared on their socials the importance and security benefits of their clients using PEXA Key to securely communicate bank account details.
This has been a successful and creative campaign for Ezy Step Conveyancing in getting the message across to the broader community.
