Steps to lodge application for NSW replacement of certificate of title

Hi all,

I am trying to lodge an application for replacement of certificate of title on behalf of the registered proprietor for its strata CP title.

Can this be done on PEXA? I was of the impression it can but found nothing on the procedures, it is not specifically listed as a suitable residual lodgement, it was not a conveyancing rules waivers exemption to be lodged on paper, and there was no such option on a PEXA workspace under "other documents" (specifically s111 Conveyancing Act 1919 application for replacement of certificate of title).

I also attempted it under \to deal with an interest\other documents\miscellaneous documents. When I loaded all required supporting documents and the application (as I would when done on paper), PEXA came up with the error message "Invalid dealing type".

Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you are well.

You need to follow the residual documents process and in the Documents tab select "Other Documents" and then  "Paper Dealings.
