Hi

Are transfers pursuant to Family Court Orders available to be done in NSW on PEXA?

If so, can you please guide how to create a transfer from joint tenancy to sole proprietor. We represent the party who will retain the title.

Thanks in advance.
Mana

Hi @GPLegal

Generally, yes they can be completed on PEXA subject to whether they are in scope.

Please see link to our Part Tenancy Transfer Help Centre for more information and instructions - https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Part-Tenancy-Transfer-NSW-Help-Centre/ba-p/9650

Kind regards

Vera Hanna

Hi Verahanna,

The link https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Part-Tenancy-Transfer-NSW-Help-Centre/ba-p/9650%C2%A0  does not go anywhere.

I also have to do a transfer of 2 properties owned by a couple as joint tenants where the Court has ordered that they be transferred to my client.

There will also be an outgoing and incoming mortgagee.

Also, do you know what steps I have to do for the Office of State Revenue for Transfer Duty exemption?

Thanks,

Robert
