I have instructions from an Executor to do a Transmission Direct to Beneficiary (TDB) to 6 beneficiaries pursuant to the Will. We have signed Client Authorisations for 5 of the 6 beneficiaries, however the other beneficiary has their own solicitor. Would you please advise if it is possible for there to be 2 Subscribers acting for beneficiaries in this scenario? Or do we need to act (and have signed Client Authorisations) for all 6 beneficiaries prior to doing the TDB? Any assistance appreciated.

All the Beneficiaries need to be represented by the one practitioner to be able to process the Transmission Application.
