After conducting more than 800 matters via PEXA I think that Westpac PEXA are ahead of the rest.
With recent matters I have had, they read and acknowledge conversations, upload indicative POF a couple of days before settlement, enter funds available and do all the things that we were told would happen on the PEXA platform and because they do this I don't need to call their settlement booking line.

On this note I feel that the credit unions are way ahead of some of the banks. They tend to prepare their documents and enter available funds days before the matter settles so you have time to organise your client's funds. Well done to any financial institution which can give us this.
