I act for a purchaser of a rural property. We require two transfers (22 titles) and I would like to know what to write as consideration in the second transfer.
Do I place the purchase price on first transfer and the second transfer is $0.00 or do I apportion across the two transfers?

Hello Jackio,
There is an NSW LRS exemption for this type of scenario (5.4) as there are more than 20 titles on the one dealing.

Trying to create this in PEXA will cause errors with the documents and stamp duty.
