We've released a new feature specifically for Sellers using PEXA Key called the "Planning your move" checklist. We understand that moving house can sometimes be stressful. Remembering all of the big and small things clients have to do before moving can feel overwhelming.
This new checklist supports your clients who are selling their property to bring together all their moving tasks in the palm of their hands.
The "Planning your move" checklist feature was developed in response to seller feedback on how improvements could be made to the PEXA Key app and off the back of the success with the checklist for buyers introduced last month. This feature will complement the existing what to expect articles, security features and high level settlement tracking.
We have also introduced a new What to Expect article on "What is Homes for Homes?" to bring awareness to sellers and purchasers. Over the past four years, PEXA has been in partnership with Homes for Homes, where 0.1% of the sale price of a home can be donated to create social and affordable homes for those in need.
