No, you don’t need to download the app. The app is only available to your client/s of a transaction. You can only access the App if you are a client that has been setup in the PEXA system. If you haven't been setup within PEXA and the PEXA Key box ticked on the Participants screen then you won't be able to access the app.
Only Australian phone numbers will be accepted. If you client is overseas and has an Australian mobile number which can receive SMS then they can register for the app. They will be able to download the PEXA Key app from the Australian app store.
The access PIN is set by the client and can be used to access the app at any time. The two-factor pin that we use to validate their identity is a one time code that only valid for a short period of time when they first register for the app.
